Refund Policy — Tokyo Halal Bazar

At Tokyo Halal Bazar, we are committed to delivering high-quality halal products to our customers across Japan. If you encounter any issue with your order, our refund policy ensures a smooth, fair, and transparent resolution process.


1. Expired Products

If you receive an item that has passed its expiration date, you are eligible for a full refund for that product.
To process your request, please provide:

  • A clear photo showing the product and visible expiry date

  • Your order number

  • A copy of your invoice


2. Damaged, Spoiled, or Leaking Items

If any product arrives damaged, spoiled, or leaking during transit, we will issue a full refund for the affected item(s).
To verify the issue, please submit:

  • A photo clearly showing the damaged or spoiled item/package

  • Your order number

  • A copy of the invoice


3. Missing Items in Your Order

If any item from your order is missing, please provide:

  • A photo of the received package showing all delivered items

  • A clear copy of the physical invoice included in the package

  • Your order number

We will review the dispatch records, and once the missing item is confirmed, a full refund will be issued for that item.


Refund Procedure

Credit/Debit Card Payments

  • Refunds will be sent back to the same card used during the original purchase.

  • If the refund is requested by the customer for personal reasons (not caused by an issue from our side), a 3.6% processing fee will be deducted.

  • If the refund is due to an error from Tokyo Halal Bazar (expired, damaged, spoiled, or missing products), no processing fee will apply.

  • Refund completion time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If you prefer another refund method, please contact us through the complaint or contact form on our website with your order details.
Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on the payment channel.
